Wer erinnert sich nicht daran, als die Finanzabteilung von Porsche versucht hat den VW Konzern zu schlucken. Ja wir erinnern uns, die VW Aktie stieg auf 1000 Euro. Das Ende ist bekannt, VW schluckte schließlich Porsche.
Mit dem heutigen Tag, 20.09.2022 beginnt die Zeichnungsfrist der Porsche AG Aktien mit der himmlisch klingenden WKN: PAG911. Besser kann eine WKN nicht klingen. Die Preisspanne für Vorzugsaktien liegt zwischen 76,50 bis 82,50 Euro. Damit ergibt sich ein Volumen von fast 9,4 Millarden Euro.
Wer darf die Aktien zeichnen?
In der Zeit vom 20.09-28.09.2022, also innerhalb der Zeichnungsfrist können Privatanleger in Deutschland, Frankreich, Italien, Spanien und Österreich Aktien erwerben. Nach dem 28.09 kann die Aktie ganz normal über die Börse gehandelt werden. Die meisten Aktienpakete dürften allerdings an Großanleger gehen. Katar, der norwegische Staatsfonds sowie verschiedene Investmentfonds haben Interesse gemeldet.
Eine Frage des Zeitpunktes
Das Marktumfeld, belastet durch den Ukrainekrieg, die Gas und Ölkrise, sowie den Nachwehen der Coronakrise, ist nicht gerade optimal, um den höchst möglichen Invest durch einen Börsengang zu erzielen. Für Anleger allerdings scheint der Kurs günstig zu sein. Man wird sehen, wie sich der Kurs entwickelt. Der VW Konzern scheint es eilig zu haben. Wer hätte damit gerechnet, dass es am Ende doch so schnell geht. Dennoch könnte der Zeitpunkt genau der richtige sein. Die ökonomische Zukunft ist nach wie vor ungewiss. Die Inflation galoppiert weiterhin und die Gefahr einer Rezession wird immer höher. Das hätte starke Auswirkungen und könnte der Autoindustrie und damit der Porsche Aktie schaden.
